HobKnobb Roasting Company currently roasts thirteen varieties from all over the world for your sipping pleasures.  These include Columbian, Costa Rican, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Guatemala, Java, Kenya, Kona, Nicaraguan, Mexican, Peru, and Sumatra.  We roast a wonderful breakfast blend for that first cup of the morning, and our specialty is our very own Knobbs Buffalo roast, a secret and tantalizing blend with a nicely bold flavor.
